Analysis Phase:

While commercial buildings have few standard formats, no two buildings are exactly the same.  After meeting with the owner, we analyze the needs of each building and recommend the extent of work to be performed.  While most buildings require only cosmetic changes to comply with franchise standards, some require extensive repairs to the structure to keep it in operation for years to come.  A firm cost and building schedule will be presented to the owner with an on-site inspection to cover the details.

 Remodeling Phase:

MSB will pull all local building permits and secure all necessary subcontractors before work begins.  Once we arrive on the site, work is at a fast pace, often with multiple crews working on different aspects of the project.  Entrance areas undergo construction before and after hours and are rarely obstructed during open hours.  The job site is kept clean, neat and inviting to dining customers.  Some businesses see a surge in their business during construction due to the heightened awareness.  Progress reports are made to the franchise owners on a weekly basis.

 Completion Phase:

As the project comes to a close, the excitement of the newly remodeled building becomes a reality to the community as well as the owner.  MSB thoroughly cleans each site and leaves the grounds and sidewalks better than when we arrived.  We review the project with the owners for attention to detail and quality of work.  This is the time we get to show off our pride of construction and see the smile on our customer’s face.
