The Business of the Year award is presented by the Greater Jackson Chamber of Commerce and recognizes businesses that have made a difference in the community during the past year.

MSB is humbled and honored to receive this award for 2022. We are grateful for the customers throughout the area that nominated us for this award.

Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce Pinnacle Awards

The annual Pinnacle Awards, presented by the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce, recognize top area businesses based on history, growth, community involvement, employee satisfaction, and customer service.

MSB Construction was presented the Cornerstone Award for 2008 on March 10, 2009 at the Pinnacle Award Gala.  The Cornerstone Award is the top business excellence award given to a locally owned company that has operated in Madison County, Tennessee for more than 20 years.

KFC’s “Floppy Chicken Award”

Years of meticulous work and reliable promises have earned MSB more than just a great reputation.  Among the highest honor received is the coveted”Floppy Chicken” award given by Kentucky Fried Chicken.  MSB was the first recipient outside the KFC family of franchises to receive this award that was given for their turn around time in bringing 27 KFC restaurants up to Series 6000 in less than six months, each on or under budget.
